After unlocking the Contract Work, complete one and have the popup stay in the bottom left.
Pause by clicking anywhere, but not the Esc pause button.
Click on the Contract Successful notification as many times as you want to receive the reward.
The trick to it is that it will start closing when you click it, so you have to make sure you click really fast.
